Evolve Membership Terms & Conditions
All Memberships are activated through recurring monthly payments.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Minimum 6 month commitment required.
Membership discounts cannot be applied with spa gift certificates.
Membership balances are non-refundable and can be used for products or services only.
Membership benefits roll over to the next month for a maximum of 12 months of credit (i.e. - Essential Maximum is $2,400, Premium maximum is $4,200, and Platinum maximum is $6,000). Membership credit may be used in part or whole up to the amount of credit.
Discounts will be applied to cancelled membership credit balances up to the maximum balance of $4,200.
The membership rate is billed on the day of Membership purchase. If you cancel before the end of the required 6 month commitment, you will be billed for the full 6 months. You will be able to use your full membership benefits up to the balance of your membership credit balance.
Memberships will only terminate when cancelled. You must contact us via phone or text to cancel.
